Laurie Elgas  Memorial Service reception for husband (Mark Young)

No charge; member of Pilgrim church/community member

Details:  Service is at 1 pm, reception immediately following (1:45 – 4), Eve Smith (508-380-5155) will set up Sunday am with Pauline/Rebecca’s Culinary doing catering/bar, gave Eve lockbox code; volunteers coming at 8 am to put tablecloths on tables;

Set up:  3 – 8 foot tables down center of room, 2 serpentine tables (with skirts) up front either side of stage, 3 rounds on both sides of center long tables, 6 cocktail tables set up towards back of room, sound system/projector (video?); set up extra coat rack in Foyer

MOVE Bar in foyer to School Room and put a long folding table or drop leaf table in foyer for photos, etc.
